Hightower Asset Management began as Zendoor, founded in 2018 on the belief that property management could be run better. The goal was to give owners a clear view of their assets, replace outdated practices with systems that work, and attract people who put owners first.
Russel Hall was one of Zendoor’s original regional managers. He stayed through each acquisition that followed, then acquired the company from its private equity owner and rebranded it as Hightower.
He did it because he believes Phoenix needs better property management and has a clear vision for how to deliver it. The company is locally owned and operated again, and he intends to keep it that way.
